Prototyping

Phase 1

Analysis

Prototyping project starts with requirement analysis, which determines the future steps. We analyze customer needs and wishes and take them into a feasibility study. After completing the research, we specify the necessities of the project.

Phase 2

Design

The second phase is a preliminary design or a quick design. In this stage, a simple design of the system is made. However, it is not a complete design it gives a brief idea of the system to the customer.

Phase 3

Technical drawing

After revision of analysis and quick design, detailed technical drawing is created. By this step, we prepare the project for the construction of the first prototype.

Phase 4

Model

In this phase, an actual prototype is designed based on the information gathered from analysis, quick design and technical drawing. It is designed working model of the required system ready to be tested.

Phase 5

Testing

Profound testing of the designed working model in order to find possible errors and weakness – in that case is the model redesigned and tested again and again till it is perfectly working according to the initial customer requirements.

Phase 6

Integration

Once the prototype is developed and fully working, there comes a phase of additional equipment integration, such as sensors or communication systems. Also, there is a space for model integration into more complex system such as swarm.
